What is Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT)?
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) addresses the root causes of airway obstruction by retraining the muscles of the face, tongue, throat, and jaw. We focus on creating a balanced resting posture, lip seal, nasal breathing, and proper chewing and swallowing patterns that allow for effortless breathing, restful sleep, and a healthy body.
